Service and maintenance—we all know we need it, but how many of us are guilty of putting some service on the back burner? There should be at least a few raised hands. Well the excuses are fresh out, folks, because getting the service you need when it's convenient for you is as simple as using this online scheduling module. Fort Wayne drivers, it's time to put the service and maintenance of your Chevy vehicle on the front burner. Who knows your schedule better than you? Nobody. And who knows when a maintenance appointment would be best for you? You do. That's why DeHaven Chevrolet makes it easy and convenient to book your own appointment, y'know, when it's best for you, not leaving your schedule to chance.
How Do I Use the Service Scheduler?
The steps are easy:
- First up, let us know the make, model, and year of the vehicle that needs serviced, and if you can, your best guess as to the mileage on the odometer.
- Then you'll decide between a standard appointment or an Express Service appointment. With the Express Service, you can even select the first available appointment time and just schedule it.
- If you select a standard appointment, you'll be brought to a page that shows current service specials, giving you a chance to choose any that apply to you and save money while you're at it.
- Then, choose the services your vehicle needs from a list. If your vehicle needs something not on the list, there's a field for you to write in and let our techs know what the issue is.
- If there's someone you prefer to work with, you can choose her or him from the list; if you'd like to work with any of our outstanding service advisors, select "Any Advisor."
- Next, indicate whether you'll wait during the appointment, drop it off and come back later, will be using shuttle service, or if you'd like to request a loaner vehicle.
- Then, it's time to pick you preferred day/time from our drop-down menu. If your best-fit time isn't there, give us a call and we'll see what we can do!
- With you appointment day/time selected, follow the next few prompts to the end and you will be all set for service and maintenance!
